I met with principle Jim Stephens of Seven Oaks Elementary School and have set up the following meeting times.  Check the Monthly newsletter area for agenda and meeting details.

Mar. 20, 2003
For those of you that did not get flyers, I apologize, the rain play havoc with their delivery

3. Sheriff Metts and Sergeant Dave Arnold will be with us

Apr. 24, 2003
1. John Carrigg our Lexington County Representative will be our featured speaker. Come and spend an evening with John.
2. We had several e-mail alerts sent out this month about unknown people in the neighborhood.
3. With some luck this time we might be able to get the Yard of the Month committee chosen, before it snows again.

May 29, 2003
1. Jeff Allen, the Irmo Fire Marshal, will be our speaker for the evening. He will be talking about fire safety in and around our homes.
2. We had several more e-mail alerts sent out this month about unknown people in the neighborhood.
3. We are resuming the “Yard of the Month” for 2003.
4. Thanks to Paul Czeresko and his son for working on our entrance sign from St. Andrews.
5. Just a note to let everyone know Fred Carleton is back home and improving.
6. Our June meeting will be the last one for the first half of the year.
7. Our June meeting will be at the Irmo Branch Library on St. Andrews.
8. Lexington County Sheriff’s office will also be there to wrap up the neighborhood watch program so we can get our signs.
9. I have the Constitution and By-Laws ready to put on the web site.
10. Many many thanks to everyone who sent in a second donation for the neighborhood.
