Sarah Fellows has been a
public health nurse for 17 years, first working in the South Carolina Catawba
Health District, and more recently as a public health nurse consultant, in the
division of Women and Children’s Services, for the state office of the South
Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of
South Carolina in 1981. Sarah
graduated with a Master of Community Health Nursing from the University of South
Carolina in 1995. She is dually
certified as a pediatric and family nurse practitioner.
